Philco Consulting Group was established in 2000 by Phil McEnany to assist small parcel delivery companies. The goal was designed to help Courier and Transportation companies to stay up to date with relevant market changes and business tactics.
Cary McEnany joined to create optimization platform development and implementation resource consulting, to bring companies logistics technology, information knowledge base and interface documentation.
Visual Development integration began in 2018 to focus on small service provides with a need for Web-Development to connect with clients, creating end to end opportunities.
